The purpose of collecting and processing personal data is to operate the ETERNOIR online store and provide and sell products and related services through www.eternoir.eu and www.eternoir.ro.

The legal grounds for processing this data are:

  • the performance of a contract and steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) – for data collected through the order form or received through customer relations services;

  • compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) – including data required for billing, accounting and other statutory obligations;

Personal data collected directly from the user

Contract-related data may be retained for a period of 3 years from the end of the contractual relationship, unless a longer period is required by applicable law. Invoice and accounting data are retained for the period required by applicable fiscal and accounting legislation.
